Refund policy
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
Refunds or Exchanges
You may return any product up to 60 days after the purchase date. In order to receive a refund, your item must be returned in new condition with the original tags still attached. Your refund will be processed once the item has been received in our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to be credited back to your card.
When returning an item, the customer is responsible for shipping. Return labels will not be provided, and no shipping costs will be refunded (including the original shipping paid).
If you need to start a return, email orders@jadynbags.com. In the email please include your order number and the reason for the return. All emails will be responded to within 24 hours from the time sent, Monday-Friday MST.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All international sales are final due to longer ship times and varying customs and duties. If you would still like to process a return, you will need to pay the return shipping to the address above and work with our team to arrange a credit. Please email orders@jadynbags.com with Subject: "International Return" and include your order number and full name to expedite your service.
If your item is broken or otherwise defective, please email orders@jadynbags.com, and we will do our best to issue a replacement in a timely manner. If you purchased your item from a reseller, please coordinate your return with the reseller.
Defective Replacements
If your product is broken or otherwise defective, please take a picture of the issue and email it to orders@jadynbags.com. To help expedite the issuance of a replacement, please provide the following information with your pictures:
- Your Order Number
- Your Current Shipping Address
- Whether you'd like a replacement of the exact item, or if you'd like to apply the dollar amount towards a different product.
Your replacement will ship free.
SALE PRICE POLICIES
From time to time, Jadyn reserves the right to offer promotions and discounts on select items. If you have purchased your item within the last 30 days of the item being offered for a lower price, you may apply for a refund to match the special pricing. This applies only to orders placed prior to listed price reductions. Please contact orders@jadynbags.com for related inquiries.
Jadyn reserves the right to make certain sales final based on the discount amount. Such cases will include terms during the course of the sale.
